My research focusses on investigating matched cohort methods for the analysis of e-Health data. Particularly, I'm interested in the use of matched cohort study design to analyse long-term adverse physical and mental health outcomes in people living with and beyond cancer. My research is funded by the Medical Research Council Intercollegiate Doctoral Training Partnership between LSHTM and St George's University of London.

My PhD builds on work conducted during my MSc Summer project, where I used de-identified primary and secondary care data from the UK to investigate the risk of acute kidney injury in colorectal cancer survivors compared to individuals with no history of cancer, matched on age, sex, and GP practice.
